ccountsto lead the finance function across our group entities. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance, and partnering closely with senior management to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and performance metrics Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning initiatives

Financial Operations, Compliance & Governance

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements Strengthen internal controls, financial discipline, and risk management frameworks

Cash Flow, Cost & Capital Management

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business continuity and expansion Drive cost optimization initiatives and enhance profitability across business units Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, credit lines, and financial negotiations

Leadership & Team Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team Set performance benchmarks and promote best-in-class financial practices Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable timely and informed business decisions

Candidate Profile

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with strong academic and professional credentials 8-12 years of progressive experience in senior finance, finance leadership, or controller roles Strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and support business growth Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
