Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, audits, and financial reporting
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and corporate laws
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to senior management
Manage banking relationships, funding, and financial negotiations
Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team
Candidate Profile
Qualified
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
8-12 years
of experience in senior finance or leadership roles
Strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
Proven experience in managing audits and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
