Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily salon operations.
Handle staff scheduling, client appointments, and inventory management.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Train and motivate salon staff to maintain high-quality standards.
Oversee hygiene, cleanliness, and professional atmosphere in the salon.
Recommend beauty treatments and promote salon services.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in salon management or as a senior beautician.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of latest beauty trends and salon services.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Must be female and presentable.
