Qualification - BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgy
Experience - Min 8+ years in engineering roles within the Pump manufacturing industry. Prior experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control) or Quality Control (QC) preferred
Salary - Upto 12 LPA
Location - Metoda (Rajkot)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Engineering Department to ensure efficient operations and continual improvement
Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes related to pumps and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, QC, PPC, and Sales
Drive initiatives in product development, cost optimization, and process innovation
Review and approve technical documentation and engineering drawings
Coordinate with the foundry and metallurgy teams for material and casting requirements
Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory requirements, and customer specifications
Identify areas for technical upgradation and skill development within the team
Act as a technical advisor to the Director and contribute to strategic decision-making
Support customer interaction for technical discussions and troubleshooting as needed
