What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a

dynamic mechanical engineering team

to deliver top-notch designs. Own

product design, prototyping, and development

using SOLIDWORKS. Collaborate across

R&D, manufacturing, and operations

for rapid product iterations. Define and implement

engineering processes & best practices

for scaling design operations. Introduce

new technologies, materials, and methods

to enhance performance and efficiency. Ensure

timely delivery

of projects without compromising quality or functionality.

You Are:

Experienced in

mechanical engineering leadership

, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments. Proficient in

SOLIDWORKS

and hands-on with mechanical design. A problem-solver, decision-maker, and

team motivator

.
