Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Head of E-Learning Content Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality digital learning content for corporate audiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging, outcome-driven learning content aligned with business goals and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of e-learning content for corporate training programs Design instructional strategies based on corporate learning needs and learner personas Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into effective learning solutions Oversee content creation including videos, modules, assessments, simulations, and interactive learning assets Ensure content aligns with instructional design models, adult learning principles, and industry best practices Review, edit, and maintain quality standards across all learning content Manage timelines, priorities, and resources for multiple learning projects Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and analytics Stay updated with the latest trends in corporate learning, e-learning tools, and instructional technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in e-learning content development for corporate learning environments Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.) Experience creating learning content for professional skills, technical training, and compliance programs Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, etc.) Strong content structuring, storytelling, and learner-centric design skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead content strategy while being hands-on when required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Knowledge of microlearning, gamification, and blended learning approaches Certification in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is a plus
