The Head of E-commerce is a resilient, reasoned, and execution-driven leader responsible for building and scaling a high-performing direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital business. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics while embedding innovation at scale.
The leader will drive end-to-end transformation-integrating customer experience, cutting-edge technology, automation, and AI-to deliver profitable growth and a world-class digital journey. They will own P&L accountability, balance speed of execution with sustainable growth levers, and ensure operational agility across marketing, technology, logistics, and customer touchpoints.
With a strong technology backbone and comfort with data-driven decision-making, this leader will ensure the business not only scales but continuously innovates in a competitive landscape. A key requirement is proven experience in conceptualizing and directing the creation of premium D2C websites-knowing exactly how to translate brand vision into an engaging, seamless, and high-conversion online buying platform. This does not require coding or development skills, but the ability to guide agencies, designers, and tech partners to build the right digital storefront for the brand.
