We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, and strategic
Head of Digital Marketing
to lead all digital marketing initiatives for our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, increasing direct bookings, managing digital campaigns, and leading a team to execute high-performing digital strategies aligned with resort business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
Lead the digital marketing team (social media, content, performance marketing, design).
Align online marketing initiatives with resort branding and sales goals.
Identify new digital opportunities and emerging trends relevant to hospitality.
2. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
Oversee paid advertising campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTA ads, display, retargeting, YouTube, etc.
Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost per booking (CPB), and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to drive direct booking performance and reduce OTA dependency.
Track booking funnels and conversion metrics.
3. Social Media & Content Strategy
Set the creative direction for social media content across all platforms.
Oversee content calendars, property shoots, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling.
Ensure visually engaging, high-quality content consistent with resort identity.
4. Website & SEO/SEM Management
Oversee the resort website's design, content, UX, and conversion optimization.
Ensure SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Coordinate with website agencies and developers for updates and technical improvements.
5. Online Reputation & Community Engagement
Manage guest reviews across platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs).
Develop strategies to improve ratings and increase positive guest feedback.
Ensure timely and professional responses to online reviews.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
Monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, campaign performance, conversions, and revenue.
Generate weekly/monthly dashboards for management.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
Use analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Meta Analytics, CRM dashboards).
7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Events teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Support resort events, offers, and experiences with digital strategy and online coverage.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hotels/resorts/luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics tools.
Proven success in driving direct bookings and online revenue.
Leadership experience managing digital teams or agencies.
Strong creative sense, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
