inflooo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Head - Digital Marketing to lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through digital channels. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in utilizing analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving business targets.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
