Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team including specialists in SEO, SEM, social media, content, graphics, analytics, and performance marketing.
Establish clear team goals, KPIs, and performance review processes to drive accountability and professional development.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients or stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Clearly communicate marketing strategies, performance results, and campaign insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning digital strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Oversee execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, display, social, email, and affiliate.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.
Identify opportunities for optimization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement in campaigns.
Ensure data-driven decision-making in all digital marketing initiatives.
Innovation & Industry Trends:
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
Evaluate new marketing technologies and make strategic recommendations for adoption.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading digital strategy at a senior level.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, social media, CRM, Automation, Analytics).
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse ROI, and align marketing with business outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
