Job Description

1. Digital Advertising (Meta Ads - Facebook/Instagram):



Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Set up pixel tracking, define target audiences, and create lookalike/custom audiences. Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and report weekly. A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.

2. Web Development & Management:



Manage and update company website using WordPress or similar CMS. Coordinate with developers/designers for new page creation or feature integration. Ensure website SEO optimization, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendliness. Monitor website performance (Google Analytics, Search Console) and improve site speed/security.

3. Creative Design & Content:



Coordinate or create visuals (banners, videos, reels, posts) for digital campaigns. Use Canva, Photoshop, or other tools to design ad creatives and social media content. Collaborate with content writers or independently create engaging ad copies and social media captions. Maintain brand consistency across all visual and textual communication.

4. SEO & Analytics (Bonus Skills):



Conduct basic keyword research and optimize website content. Track KPIs and generate monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Suggest improvements based on data insights and competitor analysis.
