As Head of Development, you'll lead the evolution of our Onecloud application--our customer-facing platform for self-serve capabilities and analytics. You'll guide a talented development team, shape architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes. What makes you a great fit:

5+ years' experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills Expert in Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and .NET (C#) Experience with ASP.NET Zero, Google BigQuery, SQL Server, and Postgres Skilled in deploying applications via Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions Familiarity with Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passionate about UI/UX and delivering intuitive user experiences Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Committed to continuous learning and technical innovation

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support a fast-paced development team, providing coaching and mentorship Guide architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices Participate in sprint planning, project estimation, and delivery tracking Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders Drive continuous improvement through tools, processes, and methodologies Conduct performance reviews and set clear development goals Provide regular updates on development progress and product releases Plan and execute out-of-hours deployments to ensure smooth releases Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team Support onboarding of new products and ensure operational readiness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
