Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary academic leader to serve as the Head of Department (HoD) - MBA. The ideal candidate will lead the department in academic excellence, faculty development, student success, and industry collaboration while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as DTE, AICTE, and the University.
Essential Requirements:
? Excellent presentation and communication skills.
? Strong understanding of DTE, AICTE, and University regulations and systems.
? Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player and leader.
Desirable Attributes:
? Strong industry connect to bridge the gap between academics and practical business needs.
? A proven track record of teaching and mentoring MBA students.
? Active participation in academic and institutional development activities.
Qualifications:
? PhD in Management or a related field (mandatory).
? MBA from a reputed institution.
? Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in academics.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MBA department.
? Develop and implement strategies to improve curriculum, teaching, and research output.
? Foster collaborations with industry for internships, placements, and live projects.
? Mentor faculty and students to achieve excellence.
? Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
? Promote innovation, ethics, and interdisciplinary approaches in management education.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
