Hiring: HOD - Calling Operations

Role: HOD (Head of Department - Calling)
Key Responsibilities:
? Overall management of calling operations
? Lead, monitor & motivate Team Leaders and callers
? Maintain MIS, calling data & performance reports
? Ensure targets, quality standards & discipline
? Coordination with management for daily/weekly reviews Eligibility:
? Minimum 1 year experience as TL/HOD (Calling Process)
? Strong communication & leadership skills
? Ability to handle pressure & meet targets
? Age limit: Up to 35 years
Salary: Around ?25,000/- per month (Negotiable)
