Key Responsibilities
Manage, guide, and supervise fellow physiotherapists, setting clear priorities and delegating tasks effectively.
Lead departmental operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate physiotherapy programs and treatment protocols.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of departmental programs and initiate improvements where necessary.
Maintain excellent standards of physiotherapy care in line with professional and ethical guidelines.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide mentorship, performance evaluation, and continuous professional development opportunities for the team.
Coordinate with other departments to deliver integrated patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
Valid registration with the appropriate physiotherapy council.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a physiotherapy department.
Strong clinical expertise with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage teams, set priorities, and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
