Job Summary

:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Engineering Head

to lead our engineering department in a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, project planning experience, and excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance related to pharma manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the engineering team in maintaining and upgrading pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utilities. Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects including plant expansions, new equipment installation, and facility modifications. Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, FDA, MHRA, etc.). Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment, HVAC, water systems, and cleanrooms. Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and validation teams. Manage engineering documentation, calibration, and qualification activities. Prepare and control budgets, timelines, and project resources. Drive continuous improvement and energy efficiency in plant operations.
