YWCA is a leading social organization working for women empowerment. It was established in 1912 and is affiliated to the World YWCA through the National Body, YWCA of India. YWCA of Delhi, provides safe space for women through its Working Women's Hostels, Shelter Homes. It works towards economic empowerment of women through vocational training and skill development programs, promoting gender equality, child rights, youth leadership, ending violence against women and creating awareness for the areas of work of the YWCA of Delhi.
About the Department:
The BLUE TRIANGLE FAMILY GUEST HOUSE at YWCA DELHI offers a selection of beautifully furnished rooms, equipped with all modern amenities. There are Standard Double Rooms, single rooms, executive Suites and family suites plus a Dormitory.
It also offers Conference rooms (capacity between 25-45 people) for meetings & an Auditorium with a capacity of 200 people for seminars & events.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Overall responsibility of smooth functioning of all Depts. of Guest House.
2. Ensure that the operation are aligned with the goals & objectives of the organization & the Guest House.
3. Represent and coordinate with the Guest House Management Committee.
4. Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue for conference rooms.
5. Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the Guest House's vision and mission
6. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently
7. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and activities. Organize and coordinate promotional events and activities that attract potential customers and partners
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
9. Develop and maintain a strong online presence across various channels, such as website, social media, email, etc.
10. Maximise the effectiveness of Dept. staff by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
11. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
12. Monitor all operations, working through the respective Department staff to make adjustments where necessary and ensure reporting department comply with.
Qualification and Skills
Master's degree in Hospitality Management, MBA Marketing required
Proven experience as a Business Head in the Hospitality industry with minimum experience of 8 yrs
Strong understanding of Guest House operations, food and beverage services, and guest relations.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
