Position Overview:

Pathways School Noida is looking for a dynamic and experienced

International Teacher

for the position of

Head of Department - English.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for literature and language, and experience in the International Baccalaureate curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the department and the coordinator. Oversee curriculum planning and delivery Support and mentor faculty members Drive student engagement and academic excellence

Requirements:

Masters in English Minimum 8 years of teaching experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role Experience in International Baccalaureate either the MYP or the DP is essential Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers and the school administration.
