Mandatory Minimum 6-8 years of teaching English in reputed Cambridge Schools (with Cambridge curricular experience - Cambridge Primary / Lower Secondary / Senior Secondary)
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience (HOD / Senior English Coordinator / Academic Coordinator)
Strong knowledge of Cambridge pedagogy, assessment frameworks and curriculum standards
Experience in academic planning, teacher training, lesson observations, curriculum mapping and quality assurance
Excellent English communication skills - spoken & written
Ability to collaborate with leadership and drive academic results
Qualification

Masters in English (M.A English) - Mandatory
B.Ed mandatory
Cambridge PDQ preferred
