Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Head of Customer Support

to lead and oversee our

Customer Support, Sales, and Service Line operations

. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experience, drive revenue growth, and maintain service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep passion for healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, motivate, and manage the Customer Support team to ensure a high-performance culture. Develop and implement customer service policies and standard operating procedures for consistent service excellence. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance satisfaction. Oversee the Sales team to set, track, and achieve sales and revenue targets. Develop sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth. Coordinate closely with the Service Line team to ensure seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution. Train, mentor, and support team members to improve skills, productivity, and customer handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support, sales, and service strategies with organizational goals. Prepare, analyze, and present regular performance and revenue reports to senior management. Ensure overall responsibility for

revenue generation

through effective sales and retention strategies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Healthcare Management

,

Business Administration

, or a related field. Proven experience in

Customer Support or Sales Management

, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in

CRM tools

, data analysis, and reporting. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving patient care outcomes.
