We're now looking for a
Creative Head
who can take charge of creative direction across all client campaigns -- ensuring high-performing ad creatives, compelling storytelling, and scalable creative systems.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Leadership
Own the creative vision for all D2C brand campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
Conceptualize ad campaigns, storyboards, and content pillars for performance marketing.
Translate brand positioning into strong, conversion-focused ad concepts.
Content & Creative Production
Develop ad copies, video scripts, and creative frameworks for TOF, MOF, and BOF funnels.
Work with in-house designers, video editors, and external UGC creators to execute production.
Ensure creatives follow platform guidelines (Meta Ads compliance, hooks, CTAs).
Creative Performance Optimization
Analyze creative performance (CTR, Thumb Stop Ratio, Engagement, ROAS impact).
Continuously test new hooks, ad formats, and storytelling angles.
Build a structured "Creative Testing System" for the agency.
Team Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, and video editors.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketers to align creatives with data insights.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure delivery within deadlines.
Brand Storytelling & Positioning
Develop campaigns that not only sell but also build brand recall.
Keep track of consumer psychology, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
creative direction, ad copywriting, or brand storytelling
(with at least 2+ years in D2C brands/agencies).
Proven portfolio of
high-performing ad creatives
(Meta Ads, Google Display, Video Ads).
Strong expertise in
consumer psychology & digital storytelling
.
Ability to manage a
team of creative professionals
(designers, editors, copywriters).
Hands-on experience with
creative tools
(Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) & familiarity with UGC workflow.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced performance-driven environment
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
