Qualification: CA, CPA certified public accountant, CFA - chartered financial analyst. Can be added as merit
Experience: 15+ Years
Salary: up to INR 40 LPA

Finance Leadership Key Responsibilities and Expertise
1. Strategic Financial Planning | Formulating and driving short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Governance | Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements, including direct and indirect taxation, labor laws, and corporate legalities.
3. Fund Planning & Market Intelligence | Supporting project management through in-depth market research and financial feasibility analysis.
4. Risk Management & Governance Developing and implementing internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks to mitigate risks and prevent fraud. Leading periodic risk reviews and contingency planning initiatives.
5. Statutory Compliance Oversight | Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC filings, and Company Law provisions.
6. Capital & Fund Management Managing working capital, debt, equity, and fundraising initiatives. Overseeing ROI tracking, Capex planning, and financial management of new projects.
7. Financial Structuring & Tax Planning | Structuring Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets for each business entity with an optimal tax planning approach.
8. Audit & Reporting Coordinating quarterly internal audits and annual statutory audits. Leading the preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheets.
9. Industry Benchmarking | Conducting comparative analysis of financial matrices against industry standards to guide business decisions.
10. Mergers, Acquisitions & Financial Modelling | Leading M&A activities, capital raising efforts, and building comprehensive financial models.
11. Industry Experience Proven expertise in Finance functions across Manufacturing, Retail/FMCG, Hospitality, and Automobile sectors. Experience managing finance in national or multinational environments with over 15 years of leadership exposure.
12. Technology & Systems Proficiency | Strong command over ERP platforms, financial software, analytics tools, and IT development for financial consolidation and automation across group entities.
