NARRATIVE OWNERSHIP


Define ZELMU's public voice
Align messaging with authority & product

CONTENT STRATEGY


Plan long-form and short-form content
Coordinate with creators and agencies

DISTRIBUTION CONTROL


Work with YouTube, social platforms
Ensure consistency and credibility

SUCCESS METRICS



Clear narrative framework
Consistent content output
Authority positioning visible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Have you planned or produced long-form content (interviews, documentaries, explainers, editorial series)? This role focuses on building authority and trust, not just views or virality. Are you comfortable prioritizing credibility over short-term growth? Have you worked directly with founders, leadership, athletes, experts, or institutions to shape public communication? Have you handled sensitive topics, public criticism, or reputational issues through content or messaging? Which platforms have you worked with at a strategy level? are you be able to be the Company Face? Which metrics do you value most when evaluating content success? Have you worked closely with product, governance, or subject-matter experts to translate complex topics into content?
Experience:

narrative-led brand building?: 10 years (Preferred) content strategy, media, journalism, digital publishing: 10 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
