Role Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Content Marketing to lead the global content function at YCS.
This role will be responsible for building and executing a powerful content strategy that strengthens brand authority, supports lead generation, enhances product understanding, and positions YCS as a global leader in hospitality technology.
This position demands someone who thinks strategically, writes exceptionally well, leads with creativity and speed, and owns content performance end-to-end.
If you are looking for a traditional content manager role, this position is not for you.
We need a content leader and strategist, not an executor alone.
The role reports to the Marketing Head and requires strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Design, Digital Marketing, and the Yanolja Global Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership
Develop and lead the global content marketing strategy covering APAC, EMEA, & NORAM.
Build a strong storytelling framework that aligns with YCS's brand positioning, value proposition, and business goals.
Lead and mentor a high-performing content team (writers, designers, agencies, partners).
Maintain a deep understanding of hospitality tech trends, buyer behaviour, and SaaS market dynamics.
Content Creation & Editorial Excellence
Oversee creation of long-form and short-form content, including:
Blogs, articles, whitepapers, and ebooks
Case studies & customer success stories
Product brochures, decks & sales enablement materials
Website content, landing pages, microsites
Scripts for Whatsapp, videos, webinars, and events
Email sequences & lifecycle content
Ensure exceptional quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all content.
Create content guidelines, tone-of-voice frameworks, and editorial processes.
Demand & Revenue Driven Content
Build content that directly supports lead generation, sales acceleration, product adoption & Brand's key messaging.
Work closely with Digital Marketing to develop SEO-driven content, keyword strategies, pillar pages, and high-intent content funnels.
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to craft content that addresses buyer pain points and product differentiators.
Track content performance, engagement, conversion, and attribution metrics.
Brand & Global Positioning
Strengthen YCS's global visibility through thought leadership content, industry insights, and category-defining narratives.
Create regionally relevant content tailored for APAC, EMEA, & NORAM markets.
Collaborate with the global marketing team of Yanolja Group for brand alignment and shared content initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Build and manage global content calendars, workflows, and publication plans.
Manage content budgets, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
Ensure content SEO best practices and optimise existing content for improved performance.
Own the end-to-end delivery of content campaigns from ideation to execution.
Key Competencies:
Content Leadership:
6-12 years of experience leading content marketing functions, ideally in SaaS, B2B Business, or hospitality tech.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate business objectives into impactful content programs.
Exceptional Writing:
Strong command over storytelling, messaging, and long-form content creation.
SEO & Digital Fluency:
Deep understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, content performance metrics, and analytics tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to work closely with Product, Sales, Design, Digital Marketing, and external partners.
Analytical Skills:
Skilled in measuring content impact using analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, Power BI, Tableau).
Leadership:
Experience managing writers, content creators, or agencies; ability to inspire and drive output.
Creativity & Innovation:
Proven ability to craft unique narratives and bring fresh, compelling ideas to the table.
Ownership:
A doer + leader mindset. Someone who builds and scales, not just manages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
Experience in hospitality tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise business.
Proven track record of creating high-impact content that drives leads, engagement, and brand growth.
Experience working with global teams and creating region-specific content.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, ARPA, and how content influences them.
Proficient with content tools and platforms like HubSpot, Notion, Semrush, Ahrefs, Canva/Figma, WordPress, etc.
