Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction management to take charge of planning, execution, and completion of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prefer Candidate who can come for F2F interview.
Lead end-to-end construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects
Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure construction activities meet approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
Oversee site operations, safety compliance, and statutory requirements
Monitor project progress and address delays, risks, and technical challenges proactively
Implement cost-control measures and value engineering initiatives
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety norms, and environmental guidelines
Review and approve construction schedules, BOQs, and procurement plans
Prepare regular progress, cost, and risk reports for senior management
Promote best practices in construction methods and sustainable building techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
15+ years of experience in real estate construction, including residential and commercial projects
Minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership or head-level role
Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site execution
Experience managing multiple projects and large site teams
Solid understanding of contracts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill.
