About the Role
The
Head of Client Relations
will be the face of Mizon for our clients across the hospitality industry. This individual will be responsible for building strong, lasting partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client growth and retention. The role goes beyond account management; it requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to foster trust, making Mizon the preferred partner for all procurement needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients across the hospitality sector.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and supported.
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and resolve concerns swiftly.
Client Documentation & Onboarding
Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all documentation, agreements, and KYC requirements are properly managed.
Maintain accurate and updated client records.
Growth & Retention
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Mizon's solutions.
Lead conversations with potential clients to close new partnerships.
Keep existing clients engaged with new features, benefits, and product improvements.
Banking & Finance Liaison
Work with banking partners on invoice discounting and related client financial processes.
Ensure smooth communication between Mizon, clients, and financial institutions.
Client Insights & Feedback
Regularly engage with clients to understand their challenges and gather insights.
Share feedback with internal teams to improve Mizon's product and service offering.
Advocacy & Engagement
Represent Mizon at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Position Mizon as a trusted partner and thought leader in hospitality procurement.
What we are looking for
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, persuasive, and empathetic.
Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage senior-level stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Solid understanding of client documentation, compliance, and financial processes.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Highly organised, reliable, and solution-driven.
