Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for the Head of Civil Projects Management - PUMP Construction. The role entails leading and overseeing civil construction projects related to PUMP infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, handling budgeting and resource allocation, and leading diverse teams. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Program Management and Budgeting to oversee project planning, execution, and financial control.
Strong Team Management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and ensure clear, concise information sharing.
Developed Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices, including health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Preferably a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in the PUMP or Fueling/Gas Station sector-related construction projects will be a significant advantage.
