We're now scaling our civil renovation services and looking for a dynamic Head of Civil Engineering to drive execution and innovation on-ground.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end execution of residential civil projects - from site inspection to handover Build and manage a high-performance civil team (engineers, contractors, vendors) Ensure projects are executed within timelines and budgets with zero compromise on quality Apply fast-paced execution methodologies - think startup speed, not legacy pace Incorporate tech tools to streamline estimation, billing, reporting, and site tracking Coordinate closely with renovation consultants, architects, and clients for clarity in design execution Optimize resource usage and reduce site downtime using data-backed decisions Implement SOPs for recurring civil works - tile replacement, grouting, bathroom renovation, waterproofing etc.

What We're Looking For:

From a Tier 1 College Civil Engineering graduate with 6+ years of experience, preferably 3-4 years in startup-like or fast-growth environments Proven track record of managing 10+ concurrent home renovation/civil projects Tech-savvy: Comfortable using project management tools, estimation software, and on-site reporting apps Strong execution mindset - speed, accuracy, ownership Good understanding of modern materials, tools, waterproofing methods, tile systems, etc. Experience in bathroom and kitchen renovations, wall crack repair, civil rectification is a plus Leadership that motivates, drives results, and earns trust from clients and teams
