Job Location - Bangalore (Kasturi Nagar)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Center (HOC). As the Head of the Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the admissions, end-to-end operations, academic management, and financial performance of the assigned center. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring admissions growth, parent engagement, program delivery, and operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team. You will also oversee Booshido -- a specialized school exclusively designed for children enrolled in the Heguru program.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee the management of budgets, finances, and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Communications:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization's mission and goals
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including social media, press releases, and publications
- Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications channels
Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of operations and communications staff
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
- Develop and implement staff development and training programs
- Ensure that the team is equipped to meet the changing needs of the organization
Requirements:
? Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Experience: 4+ years in the education sector, preferably as a Pre-Primary School Head, Preschool Coordinator, or Academic Head.
? Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive performance.
? Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
? Sales & Strategy: Strong skills in admissions planning, lead conversion, and business growth.
? Academic Planning: Understanding of early childhood education, right-brain development programs, and batch management.
? Communication & Parent Engagement: Ability to interact with high-profile clientele and build long-term relationships.
? Ownership & Problem-Solving: High levels of accountability, strategic thinking, and adaptability
