You will ensure the delivery of cost-effective and efficient marketing operations that drive exceptional client outcomes while leading geographically diverse teams across India, the UK, Europe, and Asia. You will orchestrate key activities that empower divisional success and keep the organization at the forefront of marketing operations excellence by staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends. Crucially, you will collaborate closely with regional/local marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing operations execution.To achieve this, you will spearhead Marketing Technology and Transformation by leading the development of new capabilities and the optimization of existing systems, with a primary (but not exclusive) focus on Adobe products. This includes collaborating with central functions to effectively manage programs and prioritize spend.You will play a crucial role in overseeing Marketing Operations, which includes managing and developing the Medallia system to capture the "Voice of the Customer." This also encompasses driving email marketing operations through the Adobe Marketo system, ensuring the successful execution of divisional activities, and managing marketing workflow via Adobe Workfront and DAM. You will also lead marketing analytics and insights generation to inform data-driven decision-making. Additionally, your responsibilities include invoice processing.Finally, you will be accountable for Business Management which includes delivering comprehensive reporting and tracking of KPIs, managing governance frameworks and operational routines, and ensuring prudent cost management and budget discipline.
