Job Description

As the Head of Central Service Delivery (CDS) for the CNS S&C Domain Delivery Unit (DDU), you will lead the strategic execution of customer projects across all 7 markets, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and resource optimization. You will work closely with the Domain Delivery Lead, managing a diverse team of Solution Architects, TPMs, Developers, and Engineers to drive efficiency and innovation. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, focused on achieving financial goals while fostering talent development and operational excellence. You'll engage in cross-functional leadership, harnessing opportunities in automation and AI/ML technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business profitability. Your expertise will help shape the future of our Autonomous Networks solutions, making a tangible impact in a globally connected tech landscape.



Drive Central Service Delivery for the CNS S&C Domain Delivery Unit (DDU) across all Markets, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality project delivery. Implement a combined delivery model that enhances deployment and service delivery practices while identifying automation and serviceability opportunities. Manage finance and cost of goods sold (CoGS) for the DDU, focusing on budget adherence and transformation savings aligned with organizational targets. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects, TPMs, Developers, and Engineers, fostering competence development and cost optimization. Enhance customer satisfaction by fulfilling contractual commitments and minimizing quality issues, actively responding to escalation management. Conduct regular gap analyses to identify improvement areas and implement innovative deployment strategies and automation initiatives. Develop and maintain an ecosystem of subcontractor resources, ensuring flexibility in resource management while meeting project demands. Collaborate with DDU leadership and delivery success teams to ensure adherence to processes and continuous quality control in Central Service Delivery. Develop new deployment strategies and introduce innovation and automation initiatives Building future competence of AI/ML, MLOps, and Data Science and partnering with relevant partners

You have:



15+ years of experience in service delivery across various application domains Proven leadership experience managing large, global teams Strong commercial understanding of the CNS business units In-depth knowledge of Autonomous Networks technologies and the software development lifecycle Expertise in automation and innovation initiatives, including AI/ML and Data Science

It would be nice if you also had:



Experience with project budgeting and financial management Strong customer relationship management skills and a proven record of customer satisfaction Ability to conduct gap analysis and implement improvements effectively
