Role Overview

We are seeking a

Head of Business & Operations

who will oversee the end-to-end business operations at Paywize. The role combines

business development, strategy, and operational leadership

. This individual will work closely with the founders to shape growth strategies, build partnerships, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution across business units.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer support. Build and streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

People & Culture

Work with HR to strengthen hiring, retention, and performance culture. Mentor and lead teams towards high-performance execution.

Strategy & Growth

Support founders in fundraising, investor relations, and key business decisions. Monitor key metrics (sales, partnerships, profitability, customer growth) and implement corrective actions.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance processes, and internal risk controls.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations (preferably fintech, banking, or SaaS). Strong track record of scaling businesses and building teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership and deliver results. Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
