Job Description

The position will lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's client base in the SEO, automation and digital marketing domain. This role demands a strong understanding of SEO, AI Innovation, analytics, and digital marketing ROI, combined with the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.


Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned
with business goals and revenue targets.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and midmarket clients across sectors. Client Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and pitching to negotiation
and closure.
Partnerships & Alliances: Build strategic relationships with agencies, technology partners, and
platforms to drive business growth.
Revenue Management: Forecast, track, and report revenue performance, ensuring consistent
achievement of targets.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales and business development professionals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams to ensure
seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with SEO trends, competitor activities, and digital
marketing innovations to refine offerings.


Key Metrics (KPIs) :

Required Skills & Experience :




10 years plus of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SEO, digital marketing, MarTech industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital marketing performance
metrics.
Experience selling to CMOs, Marketing Heads, and digital transformation teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and ROI delivery. Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications :




MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Prior experience in scaling a digital agency or marketing services company. Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East) is a plus.
