Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Head of Business Development
on a
3-month contractual basis
to lead and execute our growth strategies. This is a performance-based role -- during the 3-month contract,
no salary will be provided
, but upon successful completion and meeting the defined targets, the candidate will be offered a
full-time role with a salary between ?25,000 - ?60,000/month
based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with Sernion's vision and goals.
Identify potential clients, strategic partners, and new business opportunities across AI, data, and tech sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers.
Drive partnerships, collaborations, and revenue-generation initiatives.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to prepare business proposals, partnership decks, and growth reports.
Manage and guide business development interns and associates to ensure target achievement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in
business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
(preferably in the tech or AI industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, meet goals, and handle startup-style challenges.
Passion for innovation, technology, and startup growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Post-Contract Offer:
Based on performance and targets achieved, a
full-time position
will be offered with a salary range of
?25,000 - ?60,000/month
.
