Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline in Romania / Europe
- Drive client acquisition for SaaS, AI, and technology consulting services
- Own end-to-end sales: outreach ? meetings ? proposal ? closure
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new customer segments
- Lead partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives
- Present products, automation solutions, and service offerings to prospects
Required Skills
- 7+ years in B2B technology sales (SaaS / AI / IT Services)
- Strong network across EU, India, SaaS founders, and enterprise buyers
- Expertise in pipeline building, deal negotiation, and closures
- Fluent Romanian / English, strong communication, and client-facing experience
- Ownership mindset, revenue-driven, and outcome-focused
Commission Structure
- EUR1,500 EUR commission per successful closure
- Unlimited commission potential (no earning cap)
- Payout on every qualified deal closed meeting the above criteria
