You will be responsible for strategizing initiatives to elevate the company's brand identity and expand the share of voice for the brand by engaging in brand marketing and community efforts.
Drive brand narratives across offline, digital and social media platforms for awareness, engagement, salience, and preference.
Creation of marketing strategies for multiple categories, in which you make use of the full marketing mix.
Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and value positioning.
Lead & Build Brand, Social & PR
Implement brand monitoring tools and strategies to track online mentions and share of voice in the industry.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
Requirements
Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field with proven experience in brand marketing, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of brand marketing and community trends.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience of working in FMCG, Ecommerce or Consumer Tech would be an added advantage.
