Job Description

Oversee internal audits and staff training programs to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audits across departments Identify risks, gaps, and recommend corrective actions Design and implement staff training and development programs Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Prepare audit reports and training effectiveness reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field 5+ years in auditing, compliance, or training roles Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
