Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of business challenges to proactively recommend analyses that can deliver results
- Facilitate value addition to the business by driving the problem-solving process and bringing an independent perspective based on domain knowledge and past experience
- Regularly engage in peer level discussions with the HOD\'s to partner with them as a trusted analytics advisor
- Develop a robust knowledge of functional areas (Marketing, after sales, spares, Accessories etc.) across geographies to provide relevant and actionable insights backed by robust analytics

- Must demonstrate a passion for research and data and be highly skilled in performing quantitative analyses on various aspects of business and products.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic business environment and comfortable taking decisions in those conditions.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, with multiple priorities, and yet delivered on expected outcomes.
- Should have great clarity of communications, prior experience of mentoring teams, focus on people development and assessment, leading to a high-performing and effective analytics team.
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
