Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of AI Platforms & Technology to lead the design, development, and scaling of Centrix's upcoming AI-driven digital healthcare platforms.

You'll drive the end-to-end technology roadmap -- from architecture and full-stack development to AI integration, security, and global compliance -- working closely with leadership to shape the product vision into a world-class, intelligent platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Integration

Lead the integration of AI/LLM technologies into the product architecture (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.). Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and prompt logic for accuracy and safety. Work with AI consultants and data engineers to ensure model precision, compliance, and performance.
Platform Architecture & Development

Own the complete backend and frontend stack (Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Build modular, scalable, and secure systems to support multi-tenant and multi-therapy platforms. Ensure seamless integration with APIs, cloud services, and third-party content repositories.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Lead architecture on AWS or GCP, ensuring uptime, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery. Set up CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. Manage infrastructure cost optimization and system monitoring.
Security, Compliance & Data Governance

Implement best-in-class security and privacy frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, UCPMP). Maintain data encryption, access control, and audit trails. Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and compliance audits.
Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the technology roadmap in line with Centrix's AI vision. Mentor a small, agile engineering team and manage vendor relationships. Translate product goals into scalable, measurable technology outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience in software architecture, AI integration, and full-stack engineering. Strong command of Node.js / Python / React / Next.js / GraphQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB. Proven experience with LLM APIs, RAG workflows, LangChain / LlamaIndex / Pinecone / Qdrant. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Familiarity with healthcare or edtech platforms preferred. Sound knowledge of security standards and healthcare data governance.
