About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Head of Accounts & Finance

to lead and oversee all financial operations at our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance and accounts department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities. Oversee budgeting, cash flow, investments, and financial reporting. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with all financial regulations. Liaise with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions for audits, funding, and treasury operations. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial planning and support business decisions.

Skills & Expertise

In-depth knowledge of

Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)

, and

financial compliance

. Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

MS Excel

. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in managing finance teams and implementing financial best practices.

Ideal Candidate

A qualified

CA / ICWA

professional with 12-16 years of experience (including 5+ years in leadership roles), excellent financial acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's financial growth.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
