Key Responsibilities
:
Financial Management
: Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Leadership
: Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 finance and accounts professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Reporting & Analysis
: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Provide insights into financial performance to senior management.
Compliance & Audit
: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and company policies. Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve any issues that arise.
Taxation
: Manage tax filings, returns, and ensure the business adheres to all statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws.
Cost Control & Budgeting
: Develop and manage the company's annual budget, perform cost analysis, and provide recommendations for optimizing expenses and improving profitability.
Financial Strategy
: Assist in long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making to support business growth and profitability.
Software Management
: Utilize
Tally Prime
for accounting and financial reporting, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Stakeholder Communication
: Maintain clear and transparent communication with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Education
: Chartered Accountant (CA) - UG: B. Com/ M. Com in Any Specialization

Experience
