Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance (Chartered Accountant)

Department:

Reporting To:

Director / Managing Director

Experience Required:

Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in Accounts & Finance At least

1-2 years in a leadership / head role

Experience in

manufacturing / EPC / execution-based companies

preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and MIS for management. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory audits. Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and track project-wise profitability. Oversee cash flow, fund planning, and banking coordination. Supervise payroll entries, JVs, and cost centre accounting. Establish internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements. Lead and develop the Accounts team. Provide regular financial, compliance, and strategic reports to the Director.

Required Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Additional qualification in Finance or Costing will be an advantage

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory laws Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills Leadership and team management ability Strong coordination with HR, Projects, and Management High integrity and compliance-oriented mindset Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
