As the Academy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cosmetology academy, ensuring that all processes run smoothly according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will play a crucial role in driving sales, meeting targets, and enhancing the overall student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate the academy team to achieve operational excellence.
Team Hiring & Training:
Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of performance.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase walk-ins.
Conversion Focus:
Convert walk-ins into enrolled students through effective sales techniques.
Sales Targets:
Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets to ensure the academy's financial goals are met.
Customer Management & Redressal:
Handle student inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Student Counseling:
Provide guidance and support to students to help them succeed in their courses.
Management Coordination:
Collaborate with senior management to align academy operations with overall company goals.
