We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and talented professional to lead our Nursing Upskill Training Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing high-quality training programs, overseeing academic excellence, and building strong international collaborations for placement and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive nursing upskill academic curriculum aligned with global standards. Lead and manage academic and administrative staff, ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain partnerships with international healthcare institutions, training bodies, and placement agencies. Coordinate with foreign entities for overseas placement opportunities and professional collaborations. Monitor training quality, student progress, and institutional performance metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Represent the academy in professional forums, meetings, and international discussions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree or higher in Healthcare Education / Healthcare Management. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in nursing education, training, or healthcare administration. Proven experience in curriculum development and academic leadership. Strong knowledge of global nursing standards and international placement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in coordinating with international institutions will be a strong advantage.
