Required Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM Minimum 8 years of experience as a Nurse Prior experience as a Nurse In-Charge / Head Nurse is mandatory Experience in a hsopital setup is mandatory

Job Role:

Training and overseeing the Staff Nurse team (approximately 5 employees will report to you) Supervising and performing minor clinical procedures Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with management guidelines to ensure standardized and efficient clinical operations. Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the clinical department Training team members on hygiene practices and workflow discipline Identifying and suggesting new clinical procedures and methods to improve service quality Coordinating with Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and OP Teams for smooth day-to-day operations and overall efficiency of the branch Delivering the best level of customer service and ensuring the same is trained and practiced across your team Maintaining high standards in patient care and clinical efficiency Please note: This is a non-surgical environment. No major operations are performed. Clinical procedures and activities are the primary functions.

Responsibilities:

Enforcement of SOPs provided by management Supervise and evaluate team members' performance every quarter and submit a detailed report for performance-based incentives. The same evaluation will apply to the Nurse In-Charge as well. Full responsibility for stock and consumable management within the clinical department -- including supervising, training, and ensuring the team follows proper usage, prevents mismatches, and maintains accurate system entries Enforcing structured workflow and balanced workload distribution across the clinical team Ensuring uniform, grooming, and communication standards are maintained within the clinical staff Communicating operational issues promptly to the Branch Admin

Expectations:

You will directly manage the clinical team. The entire responsibility of your department lies with the Candidate Autonomy and leadership are expected. You are trusted to make decisions, solve team-level issues, and implement best practices WITHOUT constant managerial input Your leadership should reflect the standards of a corporate clinical environment, ensuring smooth and independent team functioning Computer proficiency to effectively resolve basic issues

About Us:

We are an OP Clinic active for the past 20 years, with 4 full-time OP doctors and approximately 20 employees across Clinical, Pharmacy, and Diagnostics Departments.

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

We are looking for a confident and capable Head Nurse / Nurse In-Charge who can lead the Clinical department with professionalism, take full ownership of the team, and consistently uphold the highest standards of care and service.
