Leadership Experience
Minimum
10-15 years of teaching experience

5 years in a leadership role
(Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Headmistress).
Proven track record of managing faculty teams, academic planning, and school operations.
Administrative Experience
Experience in handling audits, compliance, and statutory requirements for schools.
Budget management, resource allocation, and infrastructure development oversight.
Coordinating parent engagement programs, community outreach, and external inspections.
