The role requires developing & driving a successful and profitable business line for Merchandise (apparel, riding gear, gifts & collectibles) with a long term vision; creating short-term, mid-term & long term product strategy for

the complete category; ensuring world class quality product and develop vendors specialising in aftermarket products; achieving the organisational objectives for top line, bottom line growth and enhance the overall Brand image

Academic Qualification & Experience

Masters in Fashion Design (NIFT/ FDDI/ NID)

18-20 years in apparel, riding gear etc.

Strategic sourcing and procurement

Market research and product strategy

Cost planning and vendor management

Project management

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Core knowledge of motorcycle merchandise category
