Position Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead the strategic marketing initiatives for Anmol's diverse product portfolio. The role involves brand management, digital and traditional marketing, market research, ATL/BTL planning, new product launches, and driving revenue growth through strong products presence and consumer engagement.



Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing
strategies to build brand equity and drive market share for all product categories.
ATL/BTL Activities: Plan and implement effective Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-
the-Line (BTL) campaigns across geographies.
Digital Marketing: Lead the digital transformation of marketing including SEO, SEM,
influencer marketing, social media, and e-commerce branding.
Product Launches: Conceptualize and manage end-to-end new product
development campaigns in collaboration with R&D and Sales teams.
Consumer Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer
behaviour studies to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing tools,
promotional support, and regional campaign alignment.
Agency Management: Manage creative, digital, PR, and media buying agencies for
campaign execution and performance.
Budgeting & ROI Tracking: Prepare annual marketing budgets and track ROI on
campaigns and promotions.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team across
functions (brand, digital, research, communication, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile:


MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute. 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in the packaged food sector,
preferably in the biscuits segment.
Proven track record in leading brand campaigns and driving consumer engagement. Strong understanding of rural and urban consumer segments. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
