Location: Sonipat (Haryana)

Salary: Rs. 15,00,000 to 18,00,000

Qualification: MBA

Experience: More than 15 years experience in automobile industry only

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head - Marketing to lead our marketing operations in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive marketing with proven track record in business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve volume, market share and profit objectives for OEM and aftermarket segments.

2. Lead new business development initiatives and identify prospective customers in export and domestic markets.

3. Build and strengthen relationships with key OEM clients including Dana, Meritor, Tata and other tractor manufacturers.

4. Manage dealer networks and channel partnerships across India and international markets including Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

5. Oversee marketing activities for automotive components, replacement parts and aftermarket products.

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities and provide strategic inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.

7. Lead customer development activities including RFQ generation and coordination with engineering teams for timely quote submissions.

8. Drive business development in HCV, LCV and tractor segments with focus on market penetration.

9. Represent company at major industry events including Auto Expo and other trade shows.

10. Manage monthly production planning and develop quality research reports for management review.

11. Establish and monitor distribution networks to optimize market reach and customer satisfaction.

12. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between marketing, production and engineering departments.

13. Drive digital marketing initiatives and leverage modern marketing tools for enhanced customer engagement.

14. Manage payment follow-ups and credit control activities with customers and dealers.

15. Develop promotional campaigns, service camps, road shows and dealer engagement programs.
