Vajra Rubber products formulates and supplies precision-engineered rubber compounds--from general-purpose elastomers to high-performance specialty polymers--serving demanding industrial, automotive, and chemical applications.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead our brand, market expansion, and B2B growth strategy in India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing and brand strategies Position Vajra Rubber as a technology-driven rubber compound specialist Drive OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customer engagement Support new product launches and customized compound solutions Lead digital, content, and technical marketing initiatives Work closely with sales and technical teams for lead generation Support export and international market development

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Rubber compound sales.

Experience in rubber, polymer, elastomers & specialty chemicals.

Strong B2B and industrial marketing background

Ability to translate technical performance into customer value

Exposure to domestic and export markets preferred

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering / Polymer / Chemistry MBA (Marketing) preferred 10-15 years of relevant experience.
